What is Coach Pitch?
Warren Park' Coach Pitch division is designed to help young players develop their skills in a supportive and fun environment. In this division, coaches pitch the ball to the players, giving them a chance to work on hitting, fielding, and understanding the game without the pressure of facing live pitchers. The Coach Pitch Division builds the players' confidence and fundamental skills, while emphasizing sportsmanship and teamwork of the sport. It’s a great way for players to gain a love for the game and continue progressing in their baseball journey.
The Coach Pitch Division season runs from mid-April through the end of June. Each team generally has 1 practice and 2 games each week. Games are scheduled for 6 innings, and are generally completed in less than 2 hours. At the end of the season all teams participate in a playoff tournament, held the last week in June.
Who is Coach Pitch For?

Registering a Player for Coach Pitch
You can register your player for the Coach Pitch Division by clicking the link at the bottom of this page during the open registration period, which runs December 1 - March 1 each year. If your player wants to be on the same team as their friends, or on a specific coach's team, you will have the opportunity to request that on the registration form. Warren Park Little League tries to meet all requests in the Coach Pitch division, but cannot guarantee every player will be assigned to their preferred team.
